should immediately enroll their child/ren in the Children’s Passport Issuance Alert Program so that you will be notified if your EX attempts
to apply for a passport for your child/ren (which s/he will need if s/he wants to take your child/ren out of the country).

MUST have signed by the custodial parent to be able to legally claim a child on their income tax return.
